The Affiliate Program setup happens in 3 phases:

(Prerequisite: ECOMMERCE with at least 1 product)

STEP 1: SETUP: You should have a store with ecommerce function and at least 1 product ready to sell. Then we will setup the back end & front end for the affiliate program. There will be a specific registration page for new users to signup for your affiliate program. Other pages include affiliate Login Page, Dashboard, Assets and Resources page. Once a user signs up through the registration form on the registration page, you as the admin will have the option to go over the user profile and then approve/reject them as per your own set criteria. Approved members can see their affiliate dashboard on the front end under my account.

STEP 2: ASSET CREATION: Here we will create 5 most popular size graphics for the Affiliates Marketing and an auto generated affiliate URL that approved affiliates can easily promote. When the approved affiliate promotes that URL, visitors will be brought to your website to purchase. When a web visitor purchases any product on your website, then on successful sale, approved affiliate will be able to see their commission amount on their dashboard and you being the admin can see the same on the backend.

The affiliate system setup provides complete tracking such as what products were sold and their commission calculations can be accessed on the backend. (The system will use cookies to track and can have specific number of days when the cookies is set to expire. This means when a visitor (buyer) visits the site, the cookie for that affiliate will be active for 30 days so that even if the customer does not buy that particular day, he/she will have 30 days to come back and buy and the affiliate who promoted the URL will still earn commission on that purchase)

STEP 3: PAYOUTS: After 30 days/60 days you will then pay them via backend. It is important that every affiliate has a paypal account to accept the payment. The payments are being sent in bulk using PayPal API (Business Account). You must have enough funds available in your PayPal during the time you send these payments.
